We offer free introductory meditation events for anyone curious about meditation, as well as Lightwork Level 1 class series for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Level 1 is typically a 7-week series where you learn practical meditation and energy-awareness techniques to support greater ease, clarity, grounding and resilience in everyday life.

We also offer free community events, including a weekly online Healing Space and occasional pop-up Healing Space events, where anyone is welcome to experience a simple 15-minute energy healing.

Our events and classes are offered online, with some in-person offerings in the Vancouver area. No prior meditation experience is needed to get started.

Venues & Resources

This category is primarily community-focused. Meditation centres function as both venues and communities, with the emphasis on sangha (community practice) rather than just renting space.
